1. Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to explore the Roadster and make a reservation, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
2. What we do
- Semantic HTML with landmarks, a logical heading order and a "Skip to content" link;
- Full keyboard support with visible focus indicators;
- Text and interface contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA ratios;
- Form fields with visible labels, clear instructions and error messages announced to screen readers;
- Text alternatives for meaningful graphics; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology;
- Respect for your system's "reduce motion" setting — animations are minimized when it is on;
- Layouts that adapt from small phones to large screens and support browser zoom up to 400%.
3. Known limitations
The vehicle illustrations are decorative representations; all key information they convey (such as dimensions and selected options) is also provided as text. If you find content that is not accessible, please let us know.
4. Feedback and assistance
If you have trouble using any part of the Site, or need information in another format, contact us at [email protected] with "Accessibility" in the subject line. We aim to respond within 2 business days and can take your reservation directly by email.
5. Ongoing review
We test the Site with automated tools, keyboard-only navigation and screen readers, and we review this statement at least once a year.
